THE CHALLENGE
This project is a Marketing Plan for an imaginary watch brand called YouNik. The purpose was to build a Go-To-Market Strategy to for the brand in different markets around the world.
THE SOLUTION
The team conceptualized features for the watches of the brand as well as defined product positioning, target customers, and markets. Pricing strategies were then formulated followed by distribution channels in each market. Promotion activities and marketing strategies were then devised to support the launch of the brand.
